As a Community Health Center, Sixteenth Street reports health care quality measures annually to the federal Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Primary Health Care.

Trimester of Entry into Prenatal Care In 2012 76% of patients entered pre-natal care in the first trimester
Childhood Immunizations 89% of children under age two were up-to-date with immunizations
Cervical Cancer Screening 79% of women were screened for cervical cancer
Hypertension under Control 77% of patients had their hypertension under control
Diabetes under Control 70% of patients with diabetes had A1c levels under 9
Low Birth Weight 8% of babies delivered by Sixteenth Street providers were below normal birthweight
